Ok guys. If you love to eat good tasting stuff Christmas time is the best.

I am from Europe so I am really into all kinds of breads and anything made of dough . During Christmas time most of US department stores (JC Penny, Macy’s, Marhsall’s, etc.) get a very special treat: Panettone.

Panettone is a typical bread of Milan which Italians (and me) enjoy during the Christmas and New Year’s. They make it only around this time so if you like it once you try it - stock up on it for a full year; at least that’s what I do . The breads are well packed and expire in about 6-8 months so they are perfect for storing for later.

If you’ve never ate it - check it out. I think you’re in for a treat. If you find oneĀ  you do not like - try another brand. Not all are made equal. Make sure it says Made in Italy on the bottom of it too - the recipe is quite secret.
