This video got over 17000 Diggs. The cat comes closer but you never see her moving .
It’s just funny… I, on the other hand, want to know what kind of robot was used to record this. I sincerely felt as if I was looking through Wall-E’s eyes for a moment.
All of us use some kind of instant messenger, from MSN Messenger, AIM, Yahoo Messenger to Google Talk and more. Furthermore, most of us have at least one account on social networks like: FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Now to continue - we all have email accounts, some of us, multiple accounts.
There is one application which lets you connect to all of these simultaneously, it works great, looks really HOT, and it even has some very cool features like the ability to answer the chats straight from the notification bubble that comes up - without need to even switch from the application you are in at the moment.
Sincerely, Digsby is one of the best, most configurable applications every computer should have installed. The new version, dubbed Build 32, is a massive update to an already perfect program: they optimized it so it uses 75% less RAM than the previous one, elements draw faster (the application is twice as fast), and they fixed a bunch of bugs (which I never encountered).
Without further ado, please get yourself Digsby from Digsby.com, and see the list of latest changes and happy user comments at: http://blog.digsby.com/archives/53. The software is absolutely FREE!
If you’re trying to delete a huge amount of files in Linux via command line, you may find yourself in a pickle.
Typing, say:
rm -r movie_queue_batch.php*
May tell you:
bash: /bin/rm: Argument list too long
However, an easy way out of this is by doing the following:
find . -name ‘movie_queue_batch.php*’ | xargs rm
The rule of a thumb goes as with all destructive commands in Linux: before “piping” it to xargs rm run the find command first so you may see which files will be affected.
I am a huge Sony fan when it comes to pretty much anything. Two+ years ago I got myself a very nice, carbon-fiber made, Sony Vaio SZ 370P. I still have it and really love the machine. It’s by far the lightest and nicest to use.
Today, Sony’s kitchen got out a new ultra portable TT series (which replaces TZ), and I must admit - it’s the hottest looking machine out there!
Ultra-portables (11″ screen), have always been short on specs and short on power, but this is not the case with TT. Check out the options:
2.87 pounds
Integrated BluRay Drive
XBrite LED Screen
Intel Centrino 2 Tech
HDMI Out
Listen to this now: Dual Channel 256GB SSD RAID (2×128GB)
They start at about $2G’s and go up to $3,000 depending on options
Colors: premium carbon black, silk black, champagne gold and crimson
Well, it’s finally here! I thought it’d never happen, or at least not so fast, but the day has come.
Today T-Mobile announced their new G1 phone running Google’s spankin’ new Android OS.
Here’s are the videos you may want to see. Is it an iPhone killer, or just another phone? You decide. I’ll stick with my iPhone (for now) .
I like the Google Street View right on the phone, I like the openness it will bring to the developer community which will undoubtedly very soon create thousands of cool and useful applications, I LOVE the Amazon’s Music Store integration (especially because of their NO DRM policy (?)), but the device itself has to be more sexy in my opinion.
Good guys at Engadget.com have great review and some really nice pictures of the phone so check them out:
